Brewing Schedule

Canterbury Ales brewing schedule is planned around beers suited to the season of the year, beers I'm interested in brewing, beers people enjoy drinking as well as introducing people to styles they may not have tried.

 There iareusually three different yeast strains being used at any one time with each yeast fermenting a beer suited to that yeast. Each beer takes 2-3 weeks to ferment and ten is conditioned for around 3-4 weeks before being released.

Monthly Release

There is normally a monthly release of Canterbury Ales with an e-mail sent to registered customers advising the beers available to order.

Presently there are no beers available as I stepped back from brewing in January 2026. 

I hope to start up again soon.
