Please Rinse Bottles:

As mould will grow in the bottom of the bottles, if the yeast sediment isn't removed, we  ask that you rinse the bottles, prior to placing empties in the crate.

Customer Registration

As our Liquor Licence only permits customer delivery (not sale from our premises), Canterbury Ales can only be offered to customers who have “registered” their details.

Please email canterburyalescraftbeer@gmail.com to register. In the email, please confirm that you are over 18 years old. 

Placing Orders

Registered customers will be contacted by email, advising the beers available that month and be invited to place an order, by return email.

Please note: There is a limited supply of the beers offered for sale each month. Due to demand, some beers might not be available, either in the quantity requested, or at all. At times, we may share stock across our customers to ensure fair distribution. If the beers you order are unavailable, we will discuss providing replacement beers.

Payment

On order finalisation, you will be asked to pay into Canterbury Ales bank account:

Delivery

 Orders are home delivered, usually on a Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, in a Canterbury Ales crate. Free delivery in Canterbury & surrounding suburbs.

Recycling

We reuse the Canterbury Ales crate & recycle the bottles.

Please place the empty bottles in the crate and we will collect, either when you contact us or at next delivery. Alternatively, you can drop off at Mark’s place. Email him on canterburyalescraftbeer@gmail.com for his address.
